Our People Are Our Secret Ingredient

If there's one thing we believe in, it's people growth. Fiercely committed to providing growth opportunities to all our staff, at Samuel's, nearly every trainer, supervisor, or manager was originally hired in a service position and promoted from within. That's because we believe, in order to successfully lead our staff, one needs to understand our culture from all perspectives. Invariably, the people most qualified to do so, are already among us.

Edward Grimaldi

Owner / Operator

Fifteen years ago, after nearly a decade in the IT industry, Ed Grimaldi tried his hand at the Hospitality industry and grew Samuel's from an obscure shot & beer joint into one of the largest bar restaurants in the country.

Alex Araujo

Executive Chef

Born in Venezuela and raised in the Dominican Republic, Chef Araujo trained with some of the worlds most renowned chefs at Club Med, Bahamas. As the most recent addition to Samuel's Management team, his inspiration and culinary flair have been a game changer.

Melissa Veino

Beverage Manager

When Samuel's grew into the Basketball Hall of Fame over ten years ago, Melissa applied for a bar back position. Since then, she's learned the industry from nearly every possible perspective, from the riggers of bar backing and fast pace of serving to the managerial responsibilities of liquor & staff management.
